Analysis
The location of Kiara Residence is bad (at least for now). There have been a lot of talks on the proposed access roads into the area, however nothing is moving just yet. The proposed roads have been asked by condominium residents in the area for quite a long time. The road towards the condominium from the main road is narrow and dangerous at night.Besides that, it is afraid that the area of Kiara Residence will be congested and traffic congestion in the area will be unbearable due to several new residential developments in the area. Even residents living in the existing apartments are stressing on the traffic congestion.
